The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced both diploma and certificate openings, that currently have limited vacancies, at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), encouraging students to apply before the deadline.
Each course offers students the opportunity to specialise in a specific area of health care, with options across various KMTC campuses.
The diploma courses feature a range of specialised fields such as Community Health, Emergency Medical Technology, and Health Insurance Management.
On the other hand, the certificate courses include the Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology, Medical Emergency Technician, Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine, and Public Health.
Students can also apply for programs in areas like Nutrition and Dietetics, Medical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Physiotherapy, Radiography, and Speech and Language Therapy, among others.
KUCCPS has advised applicants to carefully review the requirements for each program and check the availability of courses at their preferred KMTC campuses by logging into the students' portal.
The final date for submission of applications is April 30, 2025, and KUCCPS has urged students to apply as soon as possible to ensure they secure a spot in their desired program.
