Chelsea will try to sign Manchester United's Young star Alejandro Garnacho this month

The future of Manchester United’s young star Alejandro Garnacho remains uncertain as the transfer window enters its final two weeks.

Napoli are making a serious push, with Antonio Conte reportedly having a direct call with Garnacho last Friday.

Chelsea have also entered the race, contacting United directly to discuss the conditions for a potential deal. Further talks are expected soon.

Garnacho looked to have fallen out of contention under head coach Ruben Amorim but started in United's victories over Arsenal and Southampton.

However, the Blues have now held early discussions over the 20-year-old as they weigh up swooping this month.

United head coach Ruben Amorim has expressed a desire to keep Garnacho at the club and recently praised him for adapting to his system.

However, almost all of United's squad is effectively on the chopping block due to the club's dire financial situation, raising the prospect that the wideman could be offloaded.

Garnacho is said to have been the subject of a £40m bid from Napoli but this was reportedly rejected, while other clubs in Europe are likely to be circling.

According to Reports, Chelsea will try to sign Alejandro Garnacho this month. They already know his price which united has set at £59m.

Meawhile, Chelsea and Juventus are reportedly planning to hold talks over the potential transfer of two defenders.

The Blues are open to letting Renato Veiga and Ben Chilwell leave Stamford Bridge this month.

Both players have found opportunities limited this season and could be seeking a move in search of regular first-team football.

Juventus are in the market for a left-back and have identified Veiga and Chilwell as potential targets; however, they face competition from other clubs, including Feyenoord and Newcastle United.

The Old Lady’s interest in signing a left-back is linked to the potential departure of the versatile Andrea Cambiaso, who has been linked to Manchester City as a replacement for Kyle Walker.

If the Blues allow both defenders to join Juventus, it could pave the way for Pep Guardiola’s side to complete the signing of Cambiaso, adept at right-back and left-back.

Juventus are reportedly bracing themselves for a significant offer from City and are keen to secure a replacement.
