Anthropic is expanding its directory of connected services for its Claude AI chatbot, as more and more AI companies try to up their third-party integrations in a pitch to make their services as useful as possible.
Anthropic has announced that it has expanded the range of apps that users of its AI assistant, Claude, can connect to, allowing customers to access more consumer-focused platforms.
The company confirmed that users of Claude can connect it to apps such as AllTrails, Audible, Booking . com, Instacart, Intuit Credit Karma, Intuit TurboTax, Resy, Spotify, StubHub, Taskrabbit, Thumbtack, Tripadvisor, Uber, Uber Eats, and Viator. The move is aimed at making the assistant useful beyond workplace productivity.
“The more apps you connect, the more Claude can do. Claude suggests relevant connectors as you work, which you can install with a click on desktop or a few taps on mobile. Once connected, the service is available in every conversation,” the company stated.
The benefit of having multiple apps connected means that a chatbot can theoretically execute more complicated tasks on your behalf. This expansion takes that capability from the professional and educational settings, where Anthropic’s connectors have been focused for the past year, to a personal one. So, for instance, Claude can now help plan a hike on AllTrails and then pull up a Spotify playlist that will last for the duration of your trek.
Anthropic has also introduced a new feature that will enable Claude to suggest the most relevant apps during conversations based on the user's requests.
For instance, if you ask Claude for a weekend hiking recommendation, it will automatically display nearby trails through AllTrails as well as other follow-up refinements such as shorter routes, scenic options, or dog-friendly paths.
The company has assured that the chat assistant shall remain ad-free, meaning that there will be no paid placements or sponsored answers in conversations.
The data collected during these conversations will also remain under full control of the users. The company has said that the information will not be used to train Claude’s models.
“Since launching in July 2025, the Claude directory has grown to over 200 connectors, spanning popular apps for design, finance, productivity, and health used by millions of people every day,” the company said.
Anthropic was founded in 2021 by former OpenAI researchers who set out to build AI systems that are designed with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and responsible deployment.
The company went on to introduce Claude as its flagship AI assistant in March 2023, an AI assistant used for high-level text generation, document analysis, coding, and reasoning, positioning it as a competitor to other generative AI tools.
The Claude directory has grown to more than 200 connectors since it launched, and Anthropic is promising that more are on the way.
Historically, Claude has been a strong LLM for getting work done, and many of its connectors reflect that. The latest additions of connectors aren't work-focused, but life-focused.
Here's a list of some of the latest connectors within Claude:
AllTrails
Audible
Booking . com
Instacart
Intuit Credit Karma
Intuit TurboTax
Resy
Spotify
StubHub

With so many connectors to choose from, finding what you're looking for can be intimidating. Since Claude is ad-free, the only connectors suggested are the ones most useful to you and your needs.
Claude isn't the only chatbot that connects to external apps. Both Gemini and ChatGPT allow you to do the same thing. With Gemini, you can easily connect to one of several Google apps and take action within those apps right from the chat. And the same for ChatGPT: You can connect to Canva, Zillow and many more.
